He decided to take matters into his own hands and manage his portfolio himself. He moved on to successfully helping family and friends and gaining referrals.

Since 2014 Rudi has built a solid reputation successfully managing properties in and around the Tooting area. With over 50 properties now under his belt, Rudi prides himself on building excellent relationships with both landlords and tenants. Spurred on by positive reviews he has decided to move away from his career in optometry to focus on property management.

Is the Ying to Rudi’s Yang. A details-oriented specialist in renovations. He started his career in IT development for one of the biggest telecoms companies in the UK and made his entry into property renovations in 2012.

His early interest in DIY developed into a deep understanding of the entire building and construction process. With an eye for quality and detail he has successfully supervised numerous renovation projects on behalf of landlords to ensure that building jobs are carried out correctly and to a high standard. ​​

He has two children, a girl and boy who share his passion for technology.
