YOUR NEXT PLACE is an independent property management company built on passion, experience, and a genuine commitment to delivering a higher level of service at a more affordable price. Founded by landlords and longstanding friends Rudi and Umang, the company was created after years of frustration with traditional lettings agents and a simple belief: there had to be a better way to manage property, so why not do it themselves!
Over the past decade, Rudi and Umang have successfully managed and renovated properties for family and friends alongside their professional careers in optometry and IT. Deciding to join forces with YOUR NEXT PLACE, they hope that their complimentary skills and vast experience in the property sector will place them in a unique position to support more landlords.

Rudi

Much like you, Rudi was tired of putting his trust into lettings agents who were happy to charge a huge percentage but didn't deliver on their promises. He decided to take matters into his own hands and manage his portfolio himself. He moved on to successfully helping family and friends; and gaining referrals.
Since 2014 Rudi has built a solid reputation successfully managing properties in and around the Tooting area. With over 50 properties now under his belt, Rudi prides himself on building excellent relationships with both landlords and tenants. Spurred on by positive feedback he has decided to move away from his career in optometry to focus on property management.
Rudi is father to four boisterous boys, a health and fitness enthusiast and chai connoisseur. He is personable and efficient at what he does. There’s no problem he can’t handle. Join him for a tea and chat to get the ball rolling.

Umang
Renovations Consultant
Is the Ying to Rudi’s Yang. A details-oriented specialist in renovations. He started his career in IT development for one of the biggest telecoms companies in the UK and made his entry into property renovations in 2012.
His early interest in DIY developed into a deep understanding of the entire building and construction process. With an eye for quality and detail he has successfully supervised numerous renovation projects on behalf of landlords to ensure that building jobs are carried out correctly and to a high standard.
He has two children, a girl and boy who share his passion for technology.
